2. DEIFY SELF: I know better than myself.

3. EGO PLEASURE: Positive self-esteem (pride).

4. BLAME SELF: I should have known better.

5. DEMONIZE SELF: I know worse than others.

6. EGO PAIN: Negative self-esteem (depression).

7. ANGER DEFENDS: I get mad at others.

8. DEIFY SELF: I know better than others.

9. EGO PLEASURE: Positive self-esteem (conceit).

10. BLAME OTHERS: They should know better.

11. DEMONIZE OTHERS: Others know worse.

12. DEMAND CHANGE: They must know better.


MESSAGE: Stop deifying and demonizing yourself and you will stop deifying and demonizing others. Psychological problems start with pride, with claims to know.
